Have You Tried Mobiliti Deposit?

Mobiliti Deposit is easy, convenient and can be done in just a few steps!

You access mobile banking via your downloaded Mobiliti application using your iPhone or Android device. Use your Online Banking credentials to login to Online Banking through the app and then follow the steps below.

Choose Deposit Button

Select Deposits from the menu.

Select New Deposit.

The Deposits menu becomes available to you, based on user eligibility.

Choose Account and Amount

Select the account to deposit funds.

Enter the deposit amount of the check.

Select Continue.

You are prompted to take a picture of the front and back of the check.  Endorsement MUST be on the right hand side.

After each image is taken, you select Use Photo to send the image or Retake.

The images are then uploaded to the server. 

The images are validated to ensure image quality and to validate that the back of the check has been endorsed – endorsement MUST have these 4 items: FOR MOBILE DEPOSIT ONLY, DEPOSIT DATE, YOUR ACCOUNT NUMBER, and YOUR SIGNATURE.

Submit a deposit

Once you send the image, you are prompted to confirm the deposit amount. If the deposit passes all the real time tests, it is passed downstream for additional processing. Some deposits may be manually reviewed; for this reason, the deposit shows as Pending upon submission.

Deposit History Page

Once you have successfully uploaded and confirmed your deposit, you can view the status of your deposit on the Deposit History page.  It is important to note it can take up to two business days to complete processing of your deposit and the funds to be available in your account.

Dont' have your deposit rejected!

The reason for all rejected deposits thus far is due to improper endorsements. Please make sure you have these four items on the back of your check:

  1. Your Signature
  2. Your Account Number
  3. "For Mobile Deposit Only"
  4. Date of deposit

Quick Tips

  • Sign/Endorse the back of your check, and label it “For Mobile Deposit Only, your account #, date, signature.”  All of these 4 things will need to be on the endorsement or the deposit will be rejected.
  • Flatten folded or crumpled checks before taking your photos.
  • Keep the check within the view finder on the camera screen when capturing your photos.
  • The signature MUST be on the right hand side when taking the photo of the back.
  • Take the photos of your check in a well-lit area.
  • Place the check on solid dark background before taking the photo of it.
  • Keep your phone flat and steady directly above the check when taking your photos.  Hold the camera as square to the check as possible to reduce corner to corner skew.
  • Make sure that the entire check image is visible and in focus before submitting your deposit.
  • The MICR line (numbers on the bottom of your check) must be readable.
